Analogue is adding three cocktails to its lineup, The Swedish Thing is a combo of vodka, curacao and aquavit with lemon, ginger syrup and egg white. Then there's Sherry Up and Wait made with gin and Amontillado sherry with hints of grapefruit and lime, and the Bernina Red Eye with Magdalena rum, rye, espresso and hellfire bitters. Bar bites include beer-braised pork sliders, mini lobster rolls, Jonah crab salad and a deep dish chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and bourbon caramel.  See more
