The shells are loaded with a whipped custard on a made-to-order basis, keeping them nice and crispy. Beard Papa's boasts of natural ingredients, including hand-picked vanilla beans from Madagascar. What you may not have tried is their Fondant au Chocolat. It's a small chocolate cake atop a crispy vanilla crust. Inside you'll find a rich chocolate center, which is suppose to pour out. In our case, it was slightly thicker than a liquid, but the flavor was amazing. It is truly a chocolate lovers dream come true for just $1.85. The cream puffs, which are equally delicious, sell for $1.45 a pop. And believe me you'll want to pop a few of them!
