Marco Canora, the chef at Hearth, is upping the ante when it comes to creating rich and powerful broths. We tried a wonderful beef broth infused with marrow and spices. Chicken and turkey broths are also offered made with all organic ingredients. Brodo says its broths "heal the gut, smooth the skin and rejuvenate the body. I don't know about that but it sure tastes good.
