Get your curry fix at Curry-Ya, a tiny spot in Hell’s Kitchen serving up curry dishes from a gravy boat. Just pour it over rice and dig in. The “classic” Japanese-style curry comes with beef, potato, carrot and pumpkin in a rich brown sauce that can be ordered mild, medium or hot. Chicken, hamburger steak, and Berkshire pork katsu curry are also on the menu along with plain and vegetable. There’s also a “dry” curry with ground beef and hard-boiled egg. Assorted add-ons and salads are also available along with mochi for dessert. Curry-Ya also has locations Uptown, Midtown and in the East Village.
