Cititour Review: The Energy Kitchen may supply its customers with energy, but getting lots of flavor here isn’t likely. I myself tried the Veggie Wrap, only $4.99, and added in spinach and tomato. The wraps and sandwiches are made with only egg whites which is actually nice, but the wrap lacked sauces and seasoning. I found the wrap sufficiently boring and had to use ample amounts of ketchup. I also tried a smoothie, The Vaccinator ($5.99) made with some fruit and it was pretty watery. However, my friend indulged in the Peanut Butter smoothie and that was pretty tasty. I took a protein brownie to go with me and this was by far the best treat on the menu. For just $1.99, it was soft and had a rich chocolate flavor.

You can choose from breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, burger, soup, or wrap, but choose wisely. Calorie count is included on each item and nothing is over 500 calories in the restaurant. However, maybe the calories are worth it, I’d like some taste, not just energy!
