 Cuisine: Mediterranean Summary: This new all-day restaurant and bar is calling the Bowery home. Floret, at Sister City, is offering indoor and outdoor dining (weather-permitting) at its garden patio. Chef Joe Ogrodnek, of Battersby, is serving up a Mediterranean menu with hints of East Asia, North Africa and Australia. Look for a variery of toasts, including a Jerusalem bagel with shallot labne, za'atar and pistachio, along with sandwiches like fried egg with crushed avocado and smoked bacon on a brioche bun. An assortment of plates, bowls and pastries are also available. Cocktails reflect the kitchen’s use of fresh juices and herbs.
