NYC Restaurants

Every once in awhile you come across a restaurant that is more than just a restaurant.
George’s diner in Sunset Park, Brooklyn is one such place. It’s part of the fabric of the community it serves, a real melting pot, where people meet after church or bring a date or take the kids.
The food is your standard diner fare. Lots of burgers and fries. The hot pastrami sandwich with melted swiss cheese is excellent, along with the French toast. They also make a great egg cream.
