Summary:

The expansion of the Hole in the Wall brand continues with a new location of the Aussie cafe and restaurant at Hotel Hendricks (West 38th St) in Midtown. Led by Barry Dry, CEO of Parched Hospitality Group, Hole in the Wall has expanded rapidly during the pandemic with openings in Flatiron and Williamsburg.

Hole in the Wall is known for dishes like its OG Beef Burger, a 6oz patty with crispy double smoked bacon, miso onions, American cheese, lettuce, pickles and special sauce served with a side of fries; Shrimp Pappardelle, a mix of shrimp and crab with shaved garlic, Calabrian chili, lemon and fried parsley; Burrata Salad with baby peas, edamame, mint, shaved zucchini, parmesan and salsa verde; and brunch items like Pulled Pork Benedict with poached eggs, burnt butter hollandaise and beet relish on sourdough.

In 2014, Parched Hospitality acquired the tiny boutique coffee shop and Hole in the Wall was introduced to New York City. Since then, it has emerged as one of the city's most iconic and experience-driven cafe brands.
