I've always wanted to stop into Joe, but never had the chance.  That is until I passed a location in Chelsea and stopped in for a cup of Joe.  Instantly I was hooked.  First off, the place is like a spa with individual leather seating as you pamper yourself with some wifi or a magazine.  But it's the coffee that really stands out.  I had the best cappucino I've had in quite some time.  The coffee, dark and rich, with a luxuriously thick head of foam puts Starbucks to shame.  On top, there appeared to be an image of a crocus, possibly for the arrival of spring.  Beautiful and tasty!
