Cititour Review:

Springy noodles; wonderfully thin but pliant soup dumpling skins; deliciously chewy scallion pancakes wrapped around aromatic beef slices with hoisin sauce: Kung Fu Xiao Long Bao knows their doughs and does an excellent job bringing these items to life, somehow packing flavor into each bite beyond what you could even imagine. Every dish is worth a try: soup dumplings, scallion noodles, crispy beef, cold soy milk, stir fried 'rice cakes' (not the flavorless disks of cardboard that were a dieter' staple in the late 80s/early 90s, but rather coins of chewy rice-based dough), Shanghai stir fried noodles... Give it a shot! Don't let the occasional wait fool you; the lack of ambiance - though surprisingly attentive and good service for this style of Chinese restaurant - won't keep anyone lingering over their meals. You will leave happy and full, without breaking the bank.
