 Cuisine: Beer Halls/Gardens Summary: A summer beer garden has sprung up at Rockefeller Center. The LT Bier Garten is serving up an assortment of German sausages, including bratwurst, knackwurst and wieners with sauerkraut and dirty chips on the side. There are pretzels with German mustard and Gebraten Wiener aka “pigs in a blanket.” Other offerings include a burger, pulled pork and Black Forest ham & cheese sandwich. There are eight beers on tap by our count, including several German varieties, along with white and sparkling wines.
