Marc Forgione's Lobster Press at The Pennsy is a real catch. Fresh caught lobsters are hand-picked each morning off the coast of Maine and brought to New York City. The meat (fresh, not frozen) is taken from the tail, claw and nuckles to produced pressed sandwiches smothered in cheese with red and green peppers on crispy bread. It's then dipped in Forgione's famous chili lobster sauce making it a real treat. The sandwiches can be purchased by the half or whole, depending upon your appetite and budget. The stand at The Pennsy, a new high-end food court, also serves a coconut lobster bisque, and another sandwich, called The Chance. It's made with duck fat braised chicken, Texas white BBQ sauce and frisee. A chili lobster salad and pickled vegetables are also offered along with seasonal lemonades and Maine root sodas. - Thomas Rafael
