Bourbon in the drink of choice at Maysville, a New York City whisky bar, where the smoky flavor extends to the menu. There are roasted oysters, smoked Castelvetrano olives and steak tartare with a smokey egg aioli. Cajun influences also show up in dishes like black-eyed pea hummus, city ham with shiso hushpuppies, and dirty rice risotto with duck bits and charred tomato. For dessert, look for bourbon chocolate mouse and a fried peach tart. You will also find a list of more than 150 American whiskeys.
