NYC Restaurants

McDonald's is giving New Yorkers a taste of the future with its newly designed concept restaurant on West 28th Street and 6th Ave in NoMad. The first thing you will notice is there are no crazy lines. Instead, customers can order at kiosks and pay by credit card, or pay at the front counter with cash. You are then given a buzzer and your order is delivered right to your table. Menus are lit up on large electronic screens. There are sharing tables with mesh seating and cushioned booths. Service on our visit was fast and courteous. All in all, a very nice experience. The only thing that would give away that this is a McDonald's are the golden arches out front, and the Big Mac of course, parked in front of you. McDiggin' it.  See more
