Otto's Tacos heads uptown with its fourth location on Third Avenue near 88th Street. An ex-pat of Los Angeles, founder Otto Cedeno offers a bit Southern California flare to his tacos. They are available with chicken, carnitas, carne asada, shrimp and seasonal vegetables. Giant crispy tortillas, called Gorgon, are also available with your choice of protein, charred tomato salsa, serrano crema and quac. Traditional drinks like horchata and Mexican beer are also being offered.
