Pizza Roma

Pizza Roma

Cuisine: Pizza, Italian

Summary: Pizza Roma is bringing its Roman-style pies to Manhattan. The restaurant offers an assortment of thin crust square pizzas ranging from a traditional margherita with bufalo mozzarella to pies topped with soppressata, zucchini, artichoke, and potato & cheese. Prices start at $12.50 for a small, single-serving pie to $36 for a large one, but can also be ordered by the slice.

Aside from pizza, you will also find homemade lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, and a variety of salads including bufalo mozzarella with sliced tomatoes. Pizza Roma also uses local and organic ingredients whenever possible, which it says are fresh and never frozen. Many of its ingredients are imported directly from Italy, including its yeast and tomatoes used in its sauce.
