Reverence![]() ![]() Cuisine: Eclectic Summary: Celebrity Chef Russell Jackson now has a fine dining restaurant in Harlem. Reverence, located in the historic Strivers' Row, is hoping to expand Harlem's culinary landscape. A 5-course tasting menu ($98/pp.) is being offered. It includes dishes like Empanada of “Feisty Acres” Quail Egg, Japanese Yam, Escargot, Spring Garlic, Wild Fennel Tart and “GreenWalk Hatchery” Trout. Jackson is sourcing seasonal ingredients from notable farmers, including The Chef’s Garden in Ohio. A beverage pairing ($90/pp.) featuring wine, beer, sake and cider is also being offered curated by Beverage Director Ann Marie Del Bellow (Loring Place and ABC Kitchen). Also worth noting, Reverence has a "no technology" policy, including no photos.
