Summary:

Chef Matthew Sadownick is heading up the kitchen at this tavern in the Theatre District utilizing techniques he  picked up at Union Square Cafe and Gramercy Tavern. Small plates include matzo ball soup, chicken liver mousse with house pickles and mac & cheese. Larger plates range from red snapper with wild mushroom salad to chicken pot pie and Ruumy's Burger with cheddar, pancetta and herb fries. Desserts include chocolate mousse with candied peanuts.
