The wine bar has a French farmhouse feel with an open kitchen and outdoor seating when weather permits. Chef/Partner Gérald Barthélémy, who earned a Michelin Star at Hotel Vernet in Paris, is offering a classic French menu including dishes like Daube Provençale (Black Angus beef in red wine sauce), Tartare de Beouf (beef filet tartare with shallots, chives and egg yolk), and Tartelette aux Escargots (a savory tart with snails, zucchini and tomatoes). Also being offered, Bisque Tropezienne made with a 10-hour reduced fish stock, branzino filet, shrimp, mussels, potatoes and tomatoes served with a creamy, garlicky Provencal rouille and toast.
