With the summer fading fast, there is a way to capture some sunshine all winter long.  That's with one of Steve's Authentic Key Lime Pies. 

We recently had a chance to visit their factory tucked away on a quiet street in Red Hook, Brooklyn.  Here you'll find one of the best key lime pies available in the city.   Steve's makes its pies in small batches with fresh key limes, not the bottled variety and it shows. The pies are tart, yet sweet and served up in a homemade graham cracker crust.  Add a little whipped cream and it's a piece of heaven... a bit of sunshine all year round!
