Let's just say we're stuck on Sticky's Finger Joint. Sticky's got its start in 2012 when partners, Jon Sherman and Paul Abrahamian, opened their first joint in the Village, even appearing on a TV show called "3 Days to Open" with Bobby Flay. They now operate four Sticky's Finger Joints in the city, including one in Hell's Kitchen, with more expected. The format's changed a little bit. Diners can now pick their own finger combos choosing from around 20 different sauces. They have also added "poppers" to the menu. But some of the wacky combinations that made Sticky's what it is today still remain on the menu. There are signature creations like General Sticky Tso made with general t'sticky sauce, scallions, hot peppers and sesame seeds. And then there's the Vampire Killer made with vampire aioli, grated parmesan, garlic chips, and pink peppercorn flakes. There is even a Salted Caramel Pretzel version. Sticky's continues to add new menu items like sandwiches, wraps and salads. They also have beer on tap. But the one thing that's remained consistent over the years are the fingers themselves. They're thick, juicy and delicious. You might say they're finger stickin' good!
