Toby's Estate now has a cafe and roastery in Bushwick. Espresso drinks featuring Toby's signature Bedford blend, made with beans from Ethiopia and Colombia, are available. There's also a daily brunch menu offering specialty egg sandwiches and wraps, along with a selection of pastries from Supermoon Bakehouse, Sans Bakery, Du's Donuts and Nick + Sons Bakery. The location is also home to a beautifully restored vintage Probat 22K coffee roaster that will allow Toby's to double its roasting capacity while keeping true to its small-batch philosophy. Co-owners Adam Boyd and Amber Jacobsen opened their first cafe and roastery in 2012 on a then-deserted stretch of North 6th Street in Williamsburg. They now have locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Long Island City.
