The 52nd Annual Ragamuffin Parade in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn will take place on Ocrober 13th this year. The parade is a great event for kids who travel along Third Avenue in costume from 76th to 92nd Street starting at 1pm, accompanied by an adult or with their class. This year's Grand Marshall is Leo Lykourezos.
