Cititour Review:

Danish Dogs in Grand Central is the perfect spot to grab a bite assuming you like sausages.  It is brought to you by the same folks behind the Nordic spot, Agern, which if you haven't tried, you should.  The street food is given the same finesse, but won't break the bank.

Four types of hot dogs are being offered offered:

- Hen Hound, a chicken sausage topped with taragon mayo, apple-horseradish ketchup, green tomato relish, white cabbage and cress.

- Gravhund, a beef sausage gets red cabbage, beet remoulade, lingonberry preserves, crispy shallots and pickled onion.

- The Great Dane, a pork and beef hot dog, is served with spiced ketchup, remoulade, white onion, pickled cucumbers and crispy shallots.

- And Kvik (sounds like "quick") is a pork sausage wrapped in a soft brioche bun buried under a pile of pickled turnips, mustard mayo, white onion, puffed pork skins for crunch, cress and sprinkled with micro greens.  It's a good looking dog and tasty.  But at around eight bucks a pop, will New Yorkers bite?
