If you're looking for a taste of Italy then head to Eataly.  Rossopomodoro, located in the back of this sprawling Italian food mecca, is serving up delicious classic Neapolitan pizzas.  Best of all it's being made by true Neopolitans, who, while not flirting with the staff in Italian are serving up mighty fine pies.

Now, I'm not a huge anchovy fan, but this place turned me into a true believer.  My "Napoletana" pie topped with fresh mozzarella, anchovies, black olives and basil was simply spectacular.  The pies are cooked in two glistening, gold-tiled ovens that offer just the right amount of char and a nice smoky flavor.  We counted at least ten varieties ranging from $13-$22 that are available with special wine parings.

The restaurant is also serving up a nice assortment of fresh pastas, artisanal cheeses and salumi.  You will also find a wonderful selection of Italian beers on tap that arrive perfectly chilled.
