It's one of the most celebrated dog parades on earth. Each year, New Yorkers dress up their cute pooches in funky costumes and parade them in New York City. The parade is returning to Tompkins Square Park this year. The parade draws hundreds of dogs in costume. Categories include Best Group Costume, Best Costume on Wheels, and Judges Favorite. Donations suupport the Tompkins Square dog run.
