Famed Delmonico's is marking its 180th Anniversary with a special tribute menu from world reknowned chefs. Delmonico's Executive Chef Billy Oliva is offering a Prime 180-Day Dry Aged Bone-in Delmonico Ribeye with a prime $380 price tag. Oliva telling the Wall Street Journal it has the taste of roasted hazelnuts.

Chef Lidia Bastianich is offering eggs poached in tomato sauce as a appetizer called Uova Affogate in Salsa di Pomodoro. It's a milder $14. Harry and Peter Poulakakos, of Harry's Cafe & Steak, are bringing Beef Wellington to the Table ($48). Sirio Maccioni of Le Cirque fame is paying homage with a dish created by Le Cirque in 1974 that quickly became a part of food history, Pasta Primavera (appetizer: $19/entree: $28). Chef Michael Lomonaco of Porter House Bar and Grill is serving a Chili Rubbed Ribeye with White Corn Pudding ($52). There's Sea Bass with Caviar ($42) from Chef Michael White and Nine Herb Ravioli from Chef Daniel Boulud (appetizer: $22 / entrée: $32).

Chef Dominque Ansel is making dessert, Paris-Brest Profiteroles with hazelnut ice cream and topped with caramelized hazelnuts and dark chocolate sauce to finish ($15). Although it may be hard to compete with Delmonico's signature dessert, Baked Alaska.
