Terror Haunted House in Times Square reopens the doors to The Bedlam Institute fill with former patients and other nefarious characters over 20,000 square feet. Ages 13+. More info here

A Haunting in Hollis allows visitors to wipe out zombies with laser guns, plus two 40-ft pitch black outdoor mazes and 20+ live actors. More info here

Blood Manor in Tribeca features 10,000 square feet of themed rooms, corridors and passageways filled with creepy characters for “cutting edge” haunted horror. Ages 14+. More info here

The Ridgewood Asylum features a terrifying interactive Haunted House and Escape Room. Visitors who dare enter will escape to The Deep End bar & restaurant. Ages 18+. More info here

HallowScream at J. Hood Wright Park features frightening images and special effects including jump scares, loud and intense audio. Parental supervision for those under age 13 recommended. Oct 21 (3-7pm), FREE. More info here

In-Person candlelight ghost tours of Manhattan’s Most Haunted House where doors slam, floorboards creak, and voices call into the dead of night. Merchant’s House Museum Oct 26-29. More info here

CarnEvil acts gone wrong at East Hampton Library is not for the faint of heart or young children. Entrance is free “but you must pay to get out.” Oct 29 (6-9pm), Ages 12+. Register here

Spirited Stroll ay Greenwood Cemetery in Sunset Park, Brooklyn with Historian Jeff Richman features a tour filled with tales of murder, mayhem, spirits, and the utterly bizarre. Oct 29 and 30, 11am-1pm. More info here
