On December 12, celebrated cookbook author and grain activist Sonoko Sakai joins forces with acclaimed chef Suzanne Cupps at Lola’s for an unforgettable evening celebrating the release of Sakai’s new cookbook, Wafu Cooking: Everyday Recipes with Japanese Style. The event, held from 5 to 10 PM at Lola’s (2 West 28th Street), features a four-course menu of collaborative dishes that bring the fusion flavors of Wafu Cooking to life.
