Andie's Eats Turns Cake Scraps into Sweet Treats in NYC

Andie's Eats, a dessert company known for utilizing cake scraps in an effort to minimize waste, kas opened its first storefront in Greenwich Village. The shop features the first-ever customizable cake in a jar, where customers can choose their cake flavors, fillings, and toppings to create their own personalized Cake Scraps. Standout flavors include Funfetti, Cookies and Cream, S’mores, Triple Chocolate, and Cinnamon Bun.
With every flavor, the team is committed to using every part of the cake and maintaining a minimal-waste business. Founder Andie Regan developed her baking skills and entrepreneurial spirit in college, and launched the business officially in 2020. Andie’s Eats also offers custom orders for Cake Scraps, cakes, and cake truffles, and even has a trailer to pop-up at various events and venues.
