Brooklyn Kura is offering a Sake Hot Toddy. Created by sake sommelier Paulie Nattathan, the cocktail features amber sake (a unique type of sake brewed using roasted rice), housemade apple cider (infused with cinnamon, apple-scented black tea, and fresh makrut lime leaves) and a splash of lemon juice. The cocktail is served warm by the carafe ($32; serves 2) and is perfect for a post-ice skating treat! With a heated outdoor courtyard, warm cocktails and close proximity to Industry City’s socially-distanced winter activities, Brooklyn Kura’s taproom offers a safe opportunity to experience a bit of holiday joy in south Brooklyn.
