Bar Blondeau — the rooftop restaurant and bar at Brooklyn’s Wythe Hotel with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline — is offering some new menu items.

Executive Chef and Partner Aidan O’Neal takes an inspired and seasonal approach. Alongside classics like the Burger Au Poivre with gruyere, smoked goat cheese and onions, and the Blondeau Fried Chicken with herbes de Provence and hot honey, are new dishes like the Tomato and Plum Carpaccio with hazelnut and balsamic, the Duck Hot Dog served on a pretzel roll with kohlrabi and apple, and Deviled Eggs with smoked trout roe.

The menu also now features a constantly evolving section of “Les Toasts.” Highlights include Spicy Tuna Toast with lardo, hazelnut, and chili; Coronation Chicken Toast made with curried chicken, almond, and mango chutney; Smoked Salmon Toast topped with roe, chervil, and pickled onion; and Grilled Cheese made with taleggio, provolone, and stracchino.
