Bar Sprezzatura, a Sexy New Rooftop Destination, to Debut This Spring in Times Square

The first Bar Sprezzatura made a splash in 2022 when it arrived in San Francisco’s Financial District. Now, the team at TableOne Hospitality is expanding the brand with its first East Coast location opening later this year.

Set to arrive this spring on the rooftop of the new Kimpton Hotel Theta, a high-design urban oasis where Times Square and Hell’s Kitchen intersect, Bar Sprezzatura will be the city’s newest destination rooftop bar and restaurant.

Inspired by the Italian Riviera, the rooftop will immerse guests in the elegant and relaxing atmosphere of Positano through classic coastal Italian fare and thematic design to match the dreamy destination. From fresh seafood, pastas and cicchetti to refreshing cocktails and signature spritzes, Bar Sprezzatura will bring the slow life of Italy to the city that never sleeps.

Whether joining for aperitivo hour, an evening nightcap or toasting to an occasion over a meal and drinks with friends, Bar Sprezzatura will make for the perfect destination and a fresh take on NYC’s summer rooftop culture.
