BondSt Hudson Yards Opens for Business

A second iteration of BondSt, known for attracting a sexy clientele, is now open at Level 5 of Hudson Yards offering stunning views of the Vessel and Hudson River.

Executive Chef Marc Spitzer and Head Sushi Chef Shige Mikami, are offering timeless classics from the original BondSt menu, cherished favorites like Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and Soba Nomi Risotto with Shrimp and King Crab. An additional section of Grilled Entrees features a Japanese A-5 Kuroge Wagyu Rib Eye Steak and Tuna ‘Filet Mignon’ Au Poivre.

BondSt Hudson Yards features both indoor and outdoor spaces along with an open kitchen omakase bar seating 10. The dining room, tastefully designed by famed interior architect Jeffrey Beers, features natural materials to compliment the modern interpretations of Japanese-inspired cuisine.

25 years after the opening of the first BondSt, owner Jonathan Morr said, “We are thrilled with the opportunity to open another BondSt location in New York City." Unlike the original, situated in an intimate townhouse, the new BondSt takes things to new heights, literally.

In collaboration with famed restaurateur and Miami pioneer Jeffrey Chodorow, an additional BondSt location is scheduled to open in Bay Harbor in 2025.
