One thing you can always be sure of, as Broadway shows continue their long runs, returning veterans, TV and film favorites, and Main Stem newcomers will be taking the stage to delight audiences.

As previously reported, internationally renowned music superstar Adam Lambert (current frontman of Queen) and “Moana” star Aul’i Cravalho are the new Emcee and Sally Bowles, respectively, in the immersive production of the musical Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club at the August Wilson Theater.

Meanwhile, TV star Alyssa Milano (“Who’s the Boss?” “Charmed”) has just taken over the role of Roxie Hart in the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical “Chicago” at the Ambassador Theatre through November 10.

On October 1, the super-acclaimed play “Stereophonic” – which has announced a final extension at the Golden Theatre through January 12 -- makes its first set of cast changes with Amy Forsyth and Rebecca Naomi Jones joining the company as Diana and Holly, and current understudy Benjamin Anthony Anderson taking over the role of Peter.

Next up, the musical drama “The Notebook” will welcome Broadway babies Anna Zavelson (who shone as Clara in “The Light in the Piazza” at City Center Encores) and Benji Santiago as Younger Allie and Younger Noah beginning Tuesday, October 8 at the Schoenfeld Theatre, replacing Jordan Tyson and John Cardoza.

We know exactly where Cardoza is going - - over to the Al Hirschfeld Theatre where he will take on the leading role of Christian in the megahit musical “Moulin Rouge” on October 15. He’ll be joined on that day by Broadway star Solea Pfeiffer as the “sparkling diamond” Satine and Pepe Lopez as Santiago.

Lastly, the ever-rotating cast of “Hadestown,” at the Walter Kerr Theatre, takes its newest spins on the turntable, with Lana Gordon returning to the role of Persephone on October 22 (replacing current star Yola); she will be followed in that pivotal part by Grammy Award winner Allison Russell on November 12.
