Brooklyn Kura Teams Up with Rule of Thirds for a Family-Style Meal

This Sunday, 8/25, Brooklyn Kura at Industry City will host Chef JT Vuong of Rule of Thirds for a family-style multi-course meal celebrating local seafood. The menu will feature the fresh and vibrant flavors of summer balanced by miso and soy, and sustainably caught seafood from Montauk, including a chilled raw course, grilled fish and vegetables, and chilled somen noodles.
There are three seatings available for lunch and dinner. Lunch is $40/pp) at 12:00, 12:30, and 1:00pm; Dinner is $60pp offered at 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00pm. A selection of the menu items will be available a la carte for walk-in guests as well.
