Brooklyn Winery in Williamsburg is making a move a few blocks north and into a beautiful new space on the border with Greenpoint at 61 Guernsey St. The location also includes a new full-service restaurant called Rosette at Brooklyn Winery. The opening is set for February 28th.

Led by Chef Shaun Lafountain, Rosette will offer a seasonal menu honoring local sourcing, classic techniques, and contemporary aesthetics. Dishes will incorporate wines from Brooklyn Winery’s renowned collection.

Diners will be able to choose from a selection of charcuterie and cheeses, small plates (including fluke ceviche, porcini and guanciale croquettas, and grilled oysters), and large plates (including Braised Short Rib with house-made wine, Blackened Catfish, Verde Vegan Curry, and a 32-oz Ribeye Tomahawk with Brooklyn Red Wine demi-glace), as well as a selection of Desserts (including a Deconstructed Banana Split).

Brooklyn Winery Expands in Williamsburg

In addition to the opening of Rosette, Brooklyn Winery’s new space will include a working winery and barrel room, and dedicated private events spaces, as well as an impressive main space known as The Atrium, and cocktail area called The Gallery. The winery, led by Winemaker Chuck Gergley and Executive Director of Winemaking Conor McCormack, will also offer tastings, tours, and wine-themed events throughout the year.
