Bryant Park Launches Books on Broadway Series

Bryant Park has announced the first-ever “Books on Broadway” program as part of the annual return of the Bryant Park Reading Room, which will premiere on Tuesday, May 17 from 12:30pm-1:30pm. The series will be hosted by author and podcaster Ilana Levine.
The series will begin with an appearance by Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein, who will discuss his memoir “I Was Better Last Night”. Upcoming events include discussions of “Macbeth” (May 19), “Between the Lines” (May 24), “The Kite Runner” (May 26), and “Grease, Tell Me More, Tell Me More: Stories from the Broadway Phenomenon That Started It All,” with additional events still to be announced.
