Casa Dani, by renowned Spanish Chef Dani Garcia, Has opened at Manhattan West. The luxurious space tucked away inside the Citizens Food Hall is offering a menu inspired by dishes you might find along the Mediterranean in the South of Spain.

It begins with an assortment of tapas. Think dishes like pulled oxtail on a butter brioche, a peekytoe crab Spanish stew, artichoke hearts with Iberian ham, and octopus in smoked paprika oil. In Spain, tuna is part of the culture and Casa Dani offers it several ways, including tuna belly with seasoned avocado, cilantro and pine nuts, and belly & loin served in olive oil with pickled popirrana and lemon zest. There’s also a Tuna Porterhouse Carpaccio.

Other offerings include Croquetas de Jamon Iberico, Calamar Frito with black aioli, a Mediterranean seafood platter called Mariscada, along with skewered fish and various paellas.

Outside the restaurant is Dani Garcia El Pollo Verde, a counter serving roasted organic chicken, salad and bowls.

Casa Dani is located at 448 W 33rd St, New York, NY (212) 785-0352
