Celebrating Diwali at Baar Baar

Baar Baar, chef Sujan Sarkar's modern Indian gastropub in NYC's East Village, will be celebrating Diwali (the Festival of Lights) on November 4th with a special prix-fixe menu and live Bollywood music. The 3-course menu will include a Butternut Squash Mulligatwani canape, plus choices for each course, and side. Offerings include a Goat Cheese Kebab with beetroot murabba, apricot, chili chutney; Lamb Sheek Kebab with butter and mint emulsion, pickled onion; Tandoor Cauliflower with lababder gravy, ginger, cilantro; and Traditional Butter Chicken with red pepper makhani. $85 per person.
