Chef Anthony Mangieri Launches The Tavola at Una Pizza Napoletana

The Tavola is a new intimate dining experience at Una Pizza Napoletana, the NYC restaurant headed by master chef Anthony Mangieri. The Tavola is an ode to the Italian home dining experience, and reminiscent of a dinner party at Anthony’s home, complete with a tablescape of vintage Italian finds sourced by Anthony from various trips he’s taken to Italy over the years.

The cozy booth is available for only one seating a night, can accommodate up to six guests, and serves a family style menu of dishes including two pizzas per guest, on- and off-menu starters and desserts, with optional wine pairings available.

Recent offerings included the The L&B Pizza - inspired by L&B Spumoni Gardens, made with aged mozzarella right on the dough, then topped with tomato sauce, oregano, Sicilian sea salt and olive oil, and then finished with grated pecorino romano cheese; and The Winter Salad with Italian and local radicchio, endive and bitter greens, fennel, Pecorino Sardo, cara cara orange, cracked black pepper and lemon.

Una Pizza Napoletana is open Thurs-Sat from 5 PM to 9 PM, and reservation requests can be made via this form.
