Chef François Payard’s Bûche de Noëls Return for the Holidays

With the holiday season underway, renowned Chef François Payard’s is marking the return of his Bûche de Noëls. This traditional French Christmas treat is made from a thin layer of sponge cake that is rolled up and frosted in such a way that it resembles a festive Yule log.
For the first time, a selection of Chef Payard’s Bûche de Noëls will be available at the Madison and Lexington Avenue locations of Butterfield Market. In addition, Southold General on Long Island’s North Fork will have one special flavor available.

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT - Dark chocolate sponge cake, 66% dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut mousse, hazelnut cream, hazelnut dacquoise, chocolate crémeux, hazelnut from Piedmont, dark chocolate glaze
MILK CHOCOLATE CARAMEL- Pillows of milk chocolate with caramel crème, preserved peaches from Southold’s Satur Farms, zest of orange
SOUTHOLD GENERAL CHRISTMAS BÛCHE DE NOËL
CHOCOLATE PECAN - Vanilla pound cake, dark chocolate mousse, pecan and kabocha squash center, zest of orange
