CitiEats: The Fab Cinnamon Bun at Fabrique in Midtown

In the world of baked goods, Fabrique is known for its fabulous Swedish artisanal sourdough breads and pastries. Take the humble Cinnamon Bun, Fabrique’s is something special. Each bun is twisted by hand into a knot and then sprinkled with pearl sugar. They also have lovely cardamom buns and chocolate snowballs, called Chokladbolls, dusted with coconut. Now, these lovely baked goods can be found just steps away from Rockefeller Center at 550 Fifth Avenue in New York City.
