Cocktail Time: A Golden Cocktail at Brooklyn’s Bohemien Bar

Bohemien Bar, in the trendy Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, is known for its creative and playful cocktails. Drinks include:

Felix Felicis, a blend of green Chartreuse, sherry, cava, and lemongrass. At the last moment 24-karat gold flakes are infused into the drink upon serving.

Birdy Num Num arrives in a hand-blown bird-shaped coupe-glass. The gin-based cocktail is made with sugar snap pea, jasmine tea, and peach topped with cava.

One Love featuring Rum, passion fruit, pineapple, coconut, orange, and turmeric is served in a ceramic body cup topped with pebble ice.

Aside from cocktails, Bohemian Bar also offers an elevated menu designed by Executive Chef Steven Barrantes (formerly of Restaurant Daniel and Times Square Edition Hotel). Highlights include Lamb Chops with mint yogurt, Duck Flatbread with leeks and smoked gouda, Fish Tacos with wild cod and avocado, and Yellowfin Tuna on a Crisp with truffle aioli.
