The Barbie at TLK is a refreshing cocktail with Tito’s vodka, fresh strawberry puree, lemon juice and lychee soda to top it off, plus a dried orange wheel garnish. TLK’s Beverage Manager John O’Brien likes vodka’s versatility and how it can lend itself to any seasonal flavors. Vodka and strawberry are a popular combination, a little lemon and lychee balance it out in this cocktail. TLK is located at 58 Third Ave on the East Village.
