Cocktail Time: New Spring Cocktails Arrive at JIMMY Rooftop in SoHo

Rooftop bar JIMMY is debuting new cocktails for its “Sunset Cocktail Hour” from 7pm-8:30pm. In SoHo Guests can take in beautiful sunsets and spectacular panoramic views of Manhattan from its unobstructed 18th floor perch, complete with an outdoor pool deck.
JIMMY’s new spring cocktails draw inspiration from tropical destinations like the Sunset Sipper, a margarita with tequila, pineapple, lime juice and banana & coconut syrup; Exotic Escape, a Raspberry Mojito with coconut rum, guava and mint; Blushing Boozy Frosé: Unites rosé, vodka and lime juice for tasty frozen refreshment; and the Tropical Summer Spritz: An Aperol Spritz emboldened with passionfruit.
