Enjoy cocktails like the Sideways Baobab, similar to a pina colada, made with coconut rum and baobab juice dusted with freshly grated nutmeg and served with a bamboo-style straw; the Bissap Mojito with rum, hibiscus, lime juice, mint and club soda; and the Teranga Sunrise made with tequila, Contreau ginger, bissap (the national drink of Senegal), and lime juice.
The cocktails can be paired with Happy Hour bites such as Suya, grilled steak kebabs dusted with spices, Tamarind Chicken Wings, and Yassa Sliders made with grilled chicken, caramelized onions and lime confit sauce. Teranga is also known for its superb bowls made with supergrains and served with a variety of sauces sauces ranging from mild to super spicy.
