Dear Irving on Broadway, the third outpost of Yves Jadot Restaurant Group's iconic cocktail parlor opens at 54th and Broadway, at the edge of Manhattan’s Theater District.

This new location embraces the vibrancy of the neighborhood with an imaginative cocktail menu and elevated takes on classic fare. The cocktail bar, led by award-winning Bar Director Meaghan Dorman, features two distinct bars and an outdoor terrace with street views, offering guests a world-class experience.

Dorman’s cocktail menu offers 16 drinks in six categories, including the new "Gibson Gang" featuring pickle-fueled cocktails and the "Empire State Spirit," a collection of New York-inspired drinks.

Cocktails include the Grand Central Smash (Jaywalk Rye, Matchbook Strawberry Amaro, mint, lemon, cinnamon syrup), Deacon Blues (Old Forester Signature Bourbon, Del Maguey Vida Puebla, black pepper, vanilla syrup) and Xantolo (Madre Mezcal, reposado tequila, aleppo spiced pineapple juice, lime juice).

Signature bites by Executive Chef Franco Barrio celebrate New York’s street food culture, including Broadway Hot Dogs wrapped in bacon with cornichon relish and Au Poivre Sliders with wagyu beef and au poivre sauce while the Golden Kaluga Caviar Roll features cultured butter, toasted challah and crème fraiche.

Inspired by the post-Great Depression 1930s, Dear Irving on Broadway transport guets back to a time when entertainment was a form of escapism. A glass elevator whisking guests to the fifth-floor bar, a lush space designed by Delphine Mauriot, evoking the grandeur of Broadway.
