Lindens, a modern American restaurant at the Arlo SoHo, has something for everyone. Inspired by the Linden Tree, the restaurant is an ode to the nature within the city from its remodeled space with lush greenery to seasonal ingredients and inventive cocktails. While the space is sophisticated, it’s also designed to be a neighborhood spot where everyone can connect.
Founded by seasoned industry vets Executive Chef Carsten Johannsen (The Mandarin Oriental, Commerce) and Food & Beverage Director Gary Wallach of Renwick Hospitality, the team has worked tirelessly to build a true complementary menu with produce-forward dishes and American classics.
Look for things like East and West Coast oysters (including Happy Hour specials), Live Diver Scallops served with a yuzu vinaigrette, Half Maine Lobster, and Hamachi Ceviche with pink lemon, jalapeno and smoked salt. Other offerings include Peppercorn Rubbed Chicken, Fire-Baked Pizzas and freshly made Thyme Parker House Rolls. For dessert, there are Lemon & Bourbon Donuts and PB&J Brownies with extra virgin olive oil.
Signature drinks include Lindens Bees Knees made with honey sourced from the flowers of Linden trees, a Rosemary Spiced Margarita, Cinnamon Squash Swizzle and Pumpkin Punch infused with pumpkin spice.
The intimate space features leather-wrapped banquettes, communal table for larger groups, and airy courtyard with heated wooden cabins during colder months.
Lindens in located at 2 Renwick St, New York, NY
