Chef Dominique Ansel and Atoboy chef/owner Junghyun Park have teamed up to create a Korean Egg Sandwich, served with a Sujeongwa (Korean cinnamon tea) latte on the side. This limited-time-only collaboration celebrates the innovative Korean cuisine and creative French pastry for which the chefs are known, and it's the perfect weekend breakfast/brunch!
The Korean Egg Sandwich is made with fluffy steamed eggs, melted kimchi taleggio & mozzarella cheese, spicy gochujang mayo, glazed ham, crispy potato hash brown, and pickled Korean moo radish, served on Chef Dominique's homemade perilla leaf brioche bun.
The collaborative sandwich is available February 25th to Sunday, February 27th from opening (8am) until sold out daily at Dominique Ansel Workshop in Flatiron (17 East 27th Street btw Madison & 5th Ave, NYC). The price is $20 for the set (includes the Korean Egg Sandwich and the Sujeongwa cinnamon tea latte).
